2008-2009 FEE SCHEDULE
APPLICATION FEE (New Students Only) -- $45.00
This fee must be included with all new student applications and is non-refundable.

MATRICULATION FEE --
K3 = $275
K4 = $275
K5 – 2nd = $375
3rd – 5th = $400
6th - 8th = $425

This fee is payable annually for each student enrolled, and covers curriculum replacement, consumables and textbook use. The matriculation fee is non-refundable.

RE-ENROLLMENT DEPOSIT FOR CURRENT STUDENTS -- Returning students must pay the matriculation fee by March 7th to hold a place in class.

*NEW STUDENT ACCEPTANCE DEPOSIT-- The appropriate matriculation fee, once placement is confirmed, to hold a place in class.

TUITION -- (Note: This rate is for the child in the highest grade, which is considered the “first child.” Half-day option is for K3 & K4 ONLY.)

6th - 8th Grade - $5,825
3rd – 5th Grade - $4,880
K5 – 2nd Grade - $4,675
K4 Half Day - $3,530
K4 Full Day - $4,095
K3 Half Day (5 day week) - $3,450
K3 Full Day (5 day week) - $3,925

Discount for additional children: 2nd child = 10%, each added child = 25%. Discounts apply to tuition only.

PAYMENT SCHEDULE—
*The $45.00 application fee is payable at the time of application.

*The matriculation fee is due by March 7th, for current students.

*Full tuition payments received by August 20th receive a 5% tuition discount.

*Quarterly payments are due August 20th, October 20th, January 20th, March 20th.

*Monthly payments are due the 20th of the month from August 20th – May 20th (10 total payments).

*Late payment fee is $20.

*Returned check fee is $15.

*If a student leaves the school for any reason after classes have begun, the parents are responsible for paying the full tuition for that quarter. Student records will not be released until any outstanding balance is paid in full.
