Welcome to First Grade! |
Mrs. Possehl's Weekly "Buzz" Week of November 10, 2008
It was nice to see many of my first grade families at the Family Fun Night! I know I am just a good laugh to watch play basketball. I am just a lost athletic soul trying to play a game that I have basically no knowledge about. I try to get out of it every year, but I am an easy sell when it some to helping out the school.
In your Monday folder this week, I have the information and requests for the Thanksgiving Feast. Please return that to me by this Friday the 14th. If you have any questions, please e-mail me.
I will not be sending home this month's scholastic book order from our classroom due to the Scholastic Book Fair that our school is having this week. Please try to come! They have wonderful books at the same great price as in their catalog. I sent a separate e-mail to you Friday night about the operating hours of the book fair. I hope you find it useful.
I will be e-mailing the school directories to you as an attachment this week. They will contain our Redeemer family addresses and phone numbers. They really come in handy for planning get togethers and family communication.
This Wednesday is a half day. Please have your child picked up at 11:30 a.m.
Engrade is still not posting ALL the current grades that I have entered. There is still a problem with viewing all the grades and I am just hoping they work it out soon. I know many of you enjoyed the convenience of going online each week to see posted grades and comments.
