Elementary School Dress Code
DRESSCODE

K -3 AND K -4:
No uniform is required.

DRESS AND APPEARANCE STANDARDS FOR K5-5TH GRADE:
All students in grades K5-8th are required to wear the school uniform and to have a neat, clean appearance (i.e., shirts tucked in, belts on and in loops, etc.)

SHIRTS:
Boys and girls must wear knit polo style shirt with a collar (logo is not required but is recommended). Girls may wear white blouses under jumpers. Booster Club Lion Wear will be allowed on Friday for Elementary students. Winter: Long sleeve knit shirts with collars, sweatshirts, or turtlenecks (logo optional) are permitted. All shirts must be navy, hunter green, burgundy, or white.


PANTS/SKIRTS/SKORTS/SHORTS:
All students must wear khaki or navy school uniform bottoms. Walking shorts should be loose fitting and bermuda length (no shorter than fingertip length). Pants and capris should be of the traditional uniform style with no sewn on pockets. They can be plain or pleated in the front with slight pockets in the back. No pants with cargo type pockets or five-pocket jean style are allowed. No baggies or low hip rider pants are allowed. Girls may wear walking shorts, pants, capris, skirts, skorts/culottes, and jumpers in solid colors of khaki or navy, as well as green or burgundy plaid skorts.

BELTS:
Students must wear belts that are navy, brown, black, or khaki. A belt must be worn with pants, capris, skirts, skorts or shorts with belt loops.

SHOES AND SOCKS:
Students should wear socks that are white only. Shoes must be dress or sneakers. No sandals are allowed. All shoes must be completely enclosed.

HAIR:
All hair should be of natural color, well groomed, and of appropriate style and length.
